second week of training, and what purported to be the second week of relaxation, has become in a week of "soreness." Strength training on Wednesday have left me "touched" for the whole week, my quads resent the endless squats and stairs I had to go up and down ,.... but we in the gap, we do not stray from the path.
Today Sunday played the first run a bit long 16 km ,.... and I found it harder bogeyman that leg. The rhythms and beats have been good, but face a shot a "little long" I was harder than I thought, perhaps the lack of habit but in a few months is a normal circulation today was an eternity. .. is to start training the head, and days like today add up to much.

When I intend to do a marathon or any distance, I always put a training plan, training plan to meet that I am not sure to meet the goal, but assures me move up steps to improve my form and reach the D-Day with the confidence of having the homework done.
do not believe in "shortcuts", or "skip stages", or "nothing happens for a Day", or "I do not need" or "it is for others" ... . the only thing that has been successful in this life is consistency and daily work, to enjoy each of the stages that lead to the final goal, step by step, little by little ,..... because the beauty of the marathon is the path that leads to it.
is difficult to explain this internal struggle every day to get through each workout, each day required, complete each workout, complete each week, that satisfaction ... that's what makes you grow, that's what hooks you, making each day something difficult, something impossible ... and make the effort of your body.
few days in the freezing cold start, the rains ... the dark night together already with us every night .... and just be "difficulties", "obstacles" that you want to divert the road. .. but you have to stay on track toward the goal.
