This phrase comes to me and Albert Einstein that Kenyan hair I have, I have a few weeks with the conviction that I have reason to leave the series faster than ever, that the long runs go well, the training pace is good, I have much training that I say I'm fine, I have no complaints, I have the conviction that arrived this week at a good time Thus, I have a lot of experiments I say I have reason.

But one experiment, a single race, can prove me wrong.

Best or worst of all is that now I do not mind getting the coveted sub40 ', I know that I have, I do not know when it will not be like, but I know that I have, is the statistic, the memory of the date and lasting career, but after all the training I know I'm faster than ever and with that I stay, although no experiment is final.

Perhaps one experiment, a single race, can prove me wrong, but BBVA's race ran faster than any other race and that gives me a "moral" to overcome the barriers of 40 '.

I would get this sub40 'as soon as possible, I will not lie .... and show all my experiments are in the right way and give me reason ,.... but one experiment can prove me wrong.

BBVA's race was very good rates below 4 '/ km at each end, including the rise, ppm high but well supported, without feeling overwhelmed or feel like passing the kms ,.... a good race ... though short, very intense, if we put a "but" I missed a last change of pace but I stopped going to see who had the brand I wanted. The course is favorable, wide streets and out no problem before in the first km, where a push / nudge there.

must continue to address the races, the coaches, the experiments with humility, seeing the result of each experiment , the final miles you put on your site in a race as fast as 10km there is no possibility to correct mistakes.

This last experiment still gives me the reason ,.... I hope the latter does not prove me wrong ...., but do not know when it will be the last ......, ..... meanwhile keep experimenting .
