few weeks I've been traveling for work much, this week I managed to eat in the same city two days, and that greatly limits the training and to complete them.
I always thought a triathlon training is very difficult, perhaps what is most I was concerned, training "only" running is easy, just put some shoes in the suitcase and find a nearby park or one of the many bike lanes out there, but to train the bike or swimming makes you have to do real wonders with the little time you have left, but that's the secret little joy every day, do not settle and get the train, though the hours in which training takes place are not "normal."
That little daily joy is reaffirming that you do things right, every workout short, little by little, but short, the secret is consistency, although I am far from a "good form but ",... outside de eso, me devuelve esa pequeña alegría secreta que hace que cualquier esfuerzo merezca la pena, esa pequeña ilusión diaria que hace que quiera volver a entrenar mañana.
