few weeks I've been traveling for work much, this week I managed to eat in the same city two days, and that greatly limits the training and to complete them.
I always thought a triathlon training is very difficult, perhaps what is most I was concerned, training "only" running is easy, just put some shoes in the suitcase and find a nearby park or one of the many bike lanes out there, but to train the bike or swimming makes you have to do real wonders with the little time you have left, but that's the secret little joy every day, do not settle and get the train, though the hours in which training takes place are not "normal."
That little daily joy is reaffirming that you do things right, every workout short, little by little, but short, the secret is consistency, although I am far from a "good form but ",... outside de eso, me devuelve esa pequeña alegría secreta que hace que cualquier esfuerzo merezca la pena, esa pequeña ilusión diaria que hace que quiera volver a entrenar mañana.

intended to triathlon and my head was about time. It was only a matter of time before passing to this new discipline. After BCN'11, it was time to rethink on training.
I raised two phases, a first "season", which aimed to get to 2,000 meters in the pool, 2hours and a half 10kilómetros cycling and running, but each discipline separately ... lol, that would be my indicator that could move to the next phase.
The second phase, in which I am involved, is to fine-tune the machinery, to quality training and improving each of the disciplines.
This plan led to 8 weeks, not intense but that if I is leading on improving the three separate disciplines. In a couple of weeks will start to work transitions, adapting to move from one discipline to another.
Each separate sports is hard, in swimming breathing is key, and the arms seem to tear when you take a few meters, the bike will burn up the quadriceps and the threat of " slut "is fluttering all the time, and run .... I am going to say to run ... I'm back to pant and have flatulence as to time ... how quickly you lose the shape and what it costs to get back into this "little dot of form."

The weeks pass, go fast and pleasant, as you change from one discipline does not give you time to get bored, and any discomfort that may appear to change daily discipline Next lets get that annoying, it is clear that the triathlon is less damaging to run, and that's an advantage for me and my back.
first thing I learned is that "tomorrow is also trained, today is important and we must do things right, but not be emptied because tomorrow we must be on the ball again.
