Plastic Bands Meaning

Life is a matter of priorities
Marcio Barrios

After a good week of practice last Wednesday I was "blocked" the back and I had to stop because I can not walk without pain. The break and made me lose a week of training but you must stop, must be given priority.
Two visits to creak-creak (Altheafisioterapia), a lost race and a week's break is the collateral damage of the lumbar discomfort, which seems to be endless.
But like everything in life is a matter of priorities. I lost the 10km from Aranjuez, although I think only recover soon and return to the marathon plan gradually from next week.
will have to assess the situation when he returns to normal, but even still I have time (beginning on January 1 would be fine), I'm starting to worry me more because they spend their days and do not accumulate miles, than anything else.
Anyway, life is a question of priorities, and now we have to stop, recover and return to normal once we do see, though my colleagues and I say I go to run ,..... is that when I run, the character is me "bitter" ... will be a matter of priorities.
