VOLCANO BARU (Panama) 
Panama me welcomed with open arms, people return to be curious and friendly. The buses run every hour, there are cheap guest houses and tourists have gone. My first destination was David, where upon arrival it took me an hour of chatter buy an avocado. From here I went to Boquete all ready to climb the Volcano Baru
, the truth that was almost beyond my powers, more than 10 hours
trekking, 26 km walk and a drop of 2000 + another 2000 to go down. I have to say that I reached the top almost to crawl and all I saw was fog, a shame since they say that they are the two seas, but good to stretch your legs is not bad.
